To reduce errors when syncing order information, you can create the mapping relationship between Shopify shipping carrier name and TikTok Shop shipping carrier name. Click "Add mapping", select a Shopify shipping carrier and a corresponding TikTok Shop shipping carrier，and click "Save". A mapping relationship has been created successfully. When you fill in a shipping provider name on Shopify when fulfilling an order, a corresponding logistics provider name of this order will display on TikTok Shop according to the mapping.
