Our platform does not support disconnecting shops yet. If you want to disconnect your TikTok Shops，you can go to TikTok Shop to remove our app. After enter "App store" page on the menu，click "My apps and incidents”，find ShopSync and click “Cancel” on the “Action” column，and then click "cancel authorization". Now your TikTok Shop has been disconnected with our platform successfully.
