How to cancel your subscription？

To cancel your subscription, click the “Cancel subscription” on the upper-right corner of the "Payment records" page and click ”Yes" on the secondary confirmation pop-up window. After that, you will see the hint "Subscription has been cancelled" on the upper-right corner, which indicates that the cancellation is successful. After you cancel your subscription, your subscription will terminate at the end of this payment cycle. Starting from the next payment cycle, no fees will be charged and the service will be terminated. During the current payment cycle, you can use the service of the current plan normally. If you want to terminate your use of the service immediately, you can contact customer service to apply for a refund for the remaining valid days of the current version. After cancelling your subscription, you can subscribe a plan again.
