How to disconnect with shops？

Our platform does not support disconnecting shops yet. If you want to disconnect your shops，you can go to Shopify or TikTok Shop to remove our app.
1. Disconnect with Shopify store
On Shopify, click "Settings" and click "App and sales channels”，find Datech ShopSync and click “Uninstall”. Now the store has been disconnected with our platform successfully.
2. Disconnect with TikTok Shop
On TikTok Shop seller center, after enter "App store" page on the menu，click "My apps and incidents”，find ShopSync and click “Cancel” on the “Action” column，and then click "cancel authorization". Now your TikTok Shop has been disconnected with our platform successfully.
