Why the products cannot be synced from Shopify to TikTok Shop automatically without editing?

TikTok Shop has its own requirements for creating a product. Some information about products such as Weight with package and Product dimensions that shopify lacks is required on TikTok Shop. If these required fields are missing, the products cannot be synced automatically from Shopify to TikTok Shop. Therefore, on the "Product" page，you need to click "edit" to enter the product edit page, fill in the required information for TikTok Shop and click ”Save“ before you start to sync a product. Or you can select multiple products and click "Batch sync" to fill in the information before starting batch product sync.

Besides, you can fill in this information on "Settings-Preferences-Default shipping information" as general information of every product which will be synced to TikTok Shop. After filling in this information, click "Save". When you enter every product edit page, the "Delivery information" will be automatically filled in according to the Default shipping information on Settings.
